Sparks is based in the town of Torrevieja, 30 km south of the City of Alicante.

Our Homebuyers Electrical Survey is recommended for those purchasing a new home. It is advisable to get the electrics thoroughly checked out before you buy. It is designed to assess the condition of an electrical installation during negotiations of the sale. It’s a peace of mind solution that highlights safety issues and legal requirements before the actual purchase. 

Energy efficiency is an important factor for home owners wanting to sell or rent a property. A Certificado de Eficiencia Energética (aka EEC or EPC) is required by law from 1st June 2013 before a home can be advertised. Sparks works closely together with an architect to arrange the certificate.
